One Year at Shift Lab

It's been a very fast year. Working at Shift Lab has been the most pleasant year in my professional life. I've gotten to:

• launch 5 web platforms for clients like Brightline, Gray Malin, and Fora Travel
• make two Figma plugins used by thousands
• become adept at Contentful, Shopify, and Intuitive Shipping
• give two lunch and learn presentations

Along with hundreds of client and team meetings. This has been the first time in my life where I feel seen as an expert, rather than a particularly motivated jack-of-all-trades. The respect and collaborative good will that flows around Shift Lab is palpable, and it shows when we're facing challenges in building good software.
