The process for developing a policy decision for a future streetcar in Brooklyn includes selecting and evaluating the alignment options, identifying feasibility considerations, and determining capital and operating costs. DOT’s policy decision also incorporates streetcar benefits, as shown in Figure 2. — Brooklyn Streetcar Feasibility Study, 2011, p 7
- This is beside the point but "Figure 2" is a waste of ink
- "This multi-step process is graphically shown in Figure 3." Actually you know what this isn't beside the point. These graphics are not helpful for understanding.
The requirements for the vehicle maintenance facility are:
- 150 feet x 150 feet facility with six tracks;
- 1 to 2 acre site; and

- Track structure / pavement reconstruction
